3 Year On-site warranty is available on request on certain items. Faulty Items under warranty are to be returned to Simply IT offices and they will then be retuned to the manufactures to be repaired or exchanged. Once the faulty item has been repaired, you wil be notified and you can then collect from our offices. Proof of purchase is required on ALL warranty repair claims. On-site warrany claims are processed by the relevant manufactures directly.
